Open Mornings

We have attended a number of top Independent schools in London and Herts and Aldwickbury is in our opinion the most welcoming, nurturing and caring school amongst them. Parent feedback from a recent Open Morning

Deciding on the right school for your son is very important and we believe that a personal visit is invaluable. The first step for most prospective parents is to come along to an Open Morning. These are held regularly throughout the academic year.

Open Mornings will give you a real feel for Aldwickbury and will provide you with an opportunity to:

  • See the school in action on an ordinary morning with the boys at work
  • Tour the school with our senior boys
  • Meet the Headmaster and members of staff
  • Chat informally to current Aldwickbury parents and Governors
  • Meet other families who are considering joining Aldwickbury

Feedback from a recent open morning survey

Prospective parents were asked to feedback on their Year 8 Tour Guides - we were delighted with their responses ...

"We were super impressed with how articulate and engaging the boys were. They are wonderful ambassadors for the school."

"Tom and Charlie were exceptional, great representatives of the school. They didn’t just answer our questions, they gave us the information and told us about the school before we needed to ask."

"Zak and Elliot were wonderful guides. They were both happy to talk about their experiences and interests as well as let their personalities shine. Additionally, as we visited different parts of the school, the other students were curious and interested in seeing parents and were not phased in the least by adults poking their heads in their classrooms. This gave a good feel for and impression of the school community."

"Joseph and Luke were both great tour guides. They were both very confident and articulate. Really knowledgeable students and they spoke openly about their experience at Aldwickbury which was very much appreciated."
